It depends on how your account is created. If you register through the website, you must use an email address as your login name. However, you may call our Eureka Main Office to have an associate create a different username and password for you. Once your account is created, you can log in to the Advanced Security Systems customer portal without selecting “Register as a New Customer.”

No. When you select “Make a Payment,” the payment will be processed that day. The portal does not provide an option to choose a future payment date.
